Job Summary:

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work with vulnerable children and young people to promote their well-being and provide support to achieve their goals.

Main Duties:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Build positive relationships with young people through regular interactions and activities.
  • Monitor and review young people's progress to ensure the continued effectiveness of care plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 Residential Child Care qualification or equivalent, experience working with vulnerable children and young people, and enhanced DBS clearance. A strong understanding of the needs of looked after young people is also essential.
