Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Professional to join our team as a Bank Staff Member. This role offers the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Responsibilities

  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring children engage in entertaining and educational play activities that promote their development towards key milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, happy, and positive environment for children and staff.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is ideal but not essential.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • The ability to use various communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.

Estimated Salary Range: £22,400 - £24,600 per annum (based on 20 hours per week)
