This permanent position offers an annual salary of up to £43,051. The successful candidate will work full-time in Northamptonshire, leading the MASH team and ensuring timely interventions to protect vulnerable children. Key responsibilities include:
- Making decisions on case referrals, determining actions, and applying appropriate thresholds for statutory intervention within agreed Working Together timescales.
- Providing leadership and supervision to support staff, promoting equal opportunities and health and safety practices.
- Improving casework quality through audits, implementing learning, and formal observations to enhance social work practice.
- Assisting the Team Manager with information systems and performance management.
