Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a positive difference in their lives? We are seeking a Residential Care Professional to join our team at a 4-bed Children's Home in Northamptonshire.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Ensure the protection and safeguarding of the wellbeing of the young people in our care, providing a safe and supportive environment.
  2. Educational Guidance: Demonstrate the value of education, care, and development to achieve better outcomes for the young people.
  3. Building Relationships: Build and create mutual trust and respect with young people, empowering them to respond and react appropriately to information and advice.
  4. Boundary Setting: Define structures and boundaries of behaviour to young people, acting as a positive role model to help them understand daily routines expected.

This is a rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of residential care experience.
  • A valid full driving licence.
  • An enhanced DBS.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent rates of pay.
