EBD Residential Care Team Leader

We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our 3/4 bedded EBD Residential Children's Home in Kettering, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Salary: £52,500 per annum, plus additional benefits and bonus opportunities.
About the Role- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and communication.
- A relevant qualification in Residential Childcare (Level 3 or above).
- Substantial experience in residential childcare, preferably as a Registered Manager.
