Job Description:
Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Residential Senior Care Assistant with a passion for delivering exceptional care. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team of care staff in delivering quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. This involves training, supervisions, and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with medication administration, resident care plans, and risk assessments, while liaising with healthcare professionals and family members.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, previous experience in a residential care setting, and proven team leadership skills. If you have the ability to make appropriate decisions to support resident needs, we want to hear from you
