Residential Support Care Specialist

We are partnering with a prestigious Care provider to ensure their Service Users receive capable, professional and friendly caregivers who share family values.
This role is for a driven and dedicated Children's Support Worker for a Children's Residential Home setting. As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist individuals with physical challenges to improve quality of life and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care assistants, training new staff and promoting a positive work environment.
- Create and deliver high-quality care through ownership of the care plan.
Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. A fulfilling career opportunity that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and personal growth.
Requirements:- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Children and Young People.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Current Full DBS.
- Previous Ofsted experience, preferably in a Children's Residential Home setting.
