B&M Care Homes operates a portfolio of 26 private residential and specialist dementia care homes across various locations. We prioritize providing exceptional care and support to residents, their families, and our staff.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week (alternating weekends), offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care services, prioritizing resident needs and preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in social work or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
