Residential Care Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Residential Care Manager to join our team at Loyd House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day housekeeping of the property, including infection prevention and control.
- Be responsible for maintaining full bed occupancy through commissioner relationships, marketing, and referral processing.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- A legal right to work in the UK.
- Demonstrable experience of coaching and developing colleagues.
- Experience of the health and/or care sector.
- Good understanding of safeguarding.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days plus bank holidays.
