At Cpl UK - Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Care Team Leader to support the effective running of our children's residential home. Our team provides a safe, caring environment where young people can thrive and develop independence.

The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the welfare and development of young people, ensuring adherence to Children's Homes Regulations 2015. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting staff to maintain high standards of care and professional practice.
  • Leading on staff training, appraisals, and development plans to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborating with external professionals, including social workers and schools, to ensure accurate record-keeping and necessary referrals.
  • Maintaining the home's environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care (Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it). Proven experience in children's residential care with strong leadership skills is essential.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
