About the Role

Cpl UK - Healthcare is seeking a skilled Residential Care Manager to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of care for young people.

Job Overview:

In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the implementation of individual care plans, collaborate with external professionals, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Your strong organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage the home's environment and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of individual care plans and collaboration with external professionals.
  • Accurate record-keeping and management of care records.
  • Maintenance of the home's environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care (Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it).
  • Proven experience in children's residential care with strong leadership skills.
  • A sound understanding of Ofsted requirements and Children's Homes Regulations.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
