- This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.
- The role requires a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on safeguarding and promoting the well-being of young people.
- You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting colleagues, fostering teamwork and collaboration across the organisation.
- A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience of working in a residential care setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
