Kizuna Recruitment invites experienced leaders to join our team as a Residential Home Leader, managing a solo placement home supporting a child with complex EBD needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team in delivering 2:1 support and ensure high standards of care and compliance.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and therapeutic home environment.
- Maintain flexible working arrangements and work-life balance.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the child's needs.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in residential children's homes, preferably with complex EBD needs.
- Strong leadership skills, understanding of safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
