Job Title: Homes and Services Leader

Cpl UK - Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Homes and Services Leader to oversee the management and growth of two Ofsted-regulated homes, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.

  • You will be responsible for managing placements and working closely with a dedicated team to support children's growth and well-being.
  • You will contribute to the SC2 Ofsted application process during your notice period and provide part-time consulting services to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Information:

  • Ideal Start Date: A full-time role commencing around February/March 2025 (flexible for the ideal candidate).
  • Remuneration Structure:
  • Initially: £50,000 per annum + £8,000 bonus, including a one-time £3,000 incentive for timely placements within the first year.
  • Once the second home is established: Salary increases to £70,000 per annum + £13,000 bonus, with £5,000 per home as an ongoing bonus for achieving key objectives.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

  • Background: A minimum of 1 year as a Registered Manager, preferably with a history of achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Ofsted procedures and requirements.
  • Commitment: A proactive, child-centered leader prepared to drive excellence across multiple facilities.

This role presents a fulfilling challenge and the chance to advance professionally while positively impacting children's lives. The estimated salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 based on industry benchmarks.
