Registered Children's Home Manager

Job Description:This outstanding opportunity seeks an experienced leader to manage a solo placement children's home supporting a child with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) on a 2:1 care ratio.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and the drive to create a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team in delivering high-quality, individualised care and support to a child with complex EBD needs.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans that address the child's unique requirements.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, aligned with therapeutic care models.
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or actively studying towards.
- Experience: 5+ years in a residential children's home, preferably with complex EBD needs.
A competitive salary up to £50,000 p.a., plus bonuses, private healthcare, birthday leave, one day work-from-home arrangement, and generous annual leave.
Bonus Opportunities:Up to £4.5K in bonuses, ensuring your hard work and dedication are rewarded.
