Therapeutic Homes Manager

Cpl UK Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Therapeutic Homes Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one of our therapeutic children's homes, ensuring that children and young people receive high-quality care and support. You will lead a team of staff, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management: Oversee the operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Team leadership: Recruiting, supervising, and mentoring staff, ensuring that the team is well-supported and motivated to provide outstanding care.
  • Care delivery: Developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring that the emotional, educational, and social needs of the children are met.
  • Safeguarding: Ensuring all safeguarding procedures are adhered to and that the home meets all health and safety standards.
  • Collaboration: Building strong relationships with external partners, including social workers, schools, and healthcare professionals, to deliver the best outcomes for each child.
  • Financial management: Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home.

About the Role: The Therapeutic Homes Manager will earn an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
