We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Chase Medical in Northampton, England.

This role requires a qualified professional with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Registered Home Manager in managing the care team.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as CQC standards.
  • Participating in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Developing care plans that meet individual residents' needs.

Estimated salary: £58,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • Registered with the NMC as an RMN or RGN.
  • Proven experience in a senior care role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
