Care Home Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 4-bed Children's Home in Wellingborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the home is compliant with all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the residential home on a day-to-day basis, focusing on meeting the health and educational needs of young people.
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to provide young people with appropriate plans and support.
- Coach and develop staff to ensure high standards of care and meet contractual requirements.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage finances within allocated parameters.
Requirements:
- Substantial managerial experience in a similar environment (at least 1 year supervisory in care setting).
- 2 years residential care experience.
- Full driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
