About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Nursing Governance Specialist to lead, support, and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

This role requires an experienced nurse with strong clinical practice skills, who has worked in a care home environment and has experience as a clinical mentor. You should have a current NMC registration, RN (General), and evidence of continued professional development.

As a Nursing Governance Specialist, you will oversee nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, reviewing and supporting the performance of every home in your region to ensure it meets the highest clinical standards. You will analyse results, identify practical strategies, and implement key actions to address any issues and improve standards month in, month out.

You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and help implement key actions. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering the best will shine through in this role.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £55,000, based on similar roles in the industry. This includes a competitive salary, car allowance, mobile phone & laptop, and other benefits such as free learning and development, retail discounts, leisure savings, and more.
