Home Care Worker

Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to clients with diverse needs, illnesses, and disabilities on a door-to-door basis.
- Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene.
- Help clients with getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
- Administer medication as agreed upon by the client's Medication Care Needs Assessment.
- Maintain accurate records of care and medication support provided.
- Prepare food and drinks according to clients' preferences, dietary needs, and cultural requirements.
- Perform light household duties, including housework and laundry, as outlined in the care plan or instructed by Management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and promote the well-being of self and others.
- Fully qualified drivers with a valid UK driving license.
- Desirable Experience:
- Experience in Adult Care and Children/Young persons.
- Experience in Learning Disabilities / Neurodevelopmental Disorders (Adults & Children / Young Persons).
- Personal Care.
- PEG, Stoma, and Catheter care.
Travel time between calls will not exceed 15 minutes.
