We seek an experienced Senior Support Worker for a Children's Residential Home setting. As a member of the team, you will assist individuals with physical challenges to improve quality of life and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of support workers, training new staff and promoting a positive work environment.
  2. Develop and deliver high-quality care plans that meet individual needs.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or Children and Young People.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Current Full DBS.
  • Previous experience in a Children's Residential Home setting.

This role offers a fulfilling career opportunity with a competitive £30,000 per annum salary, depending on experience.
