We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Manager to join our team at Elite Search Associates Limited. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential programs, ensuring the highest level of care and support for children with mental health needs.

The salary for this position is approximately £15 per hour, reflecting the importance of your contribution to the well-being of our young clients.

Responsibilities
  • Care Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each child.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Incident Reporting and Record Keeping: Accurately document incidents and maintain up-to-date records of the children's progress and behaviour.
  • Staff Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in a residential setting, preferably with children with mental health needs.
  2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  3. A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children.
