Care and Support Team Leader

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our Children's EBD Service in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and leading the care team to deliver exceptional care and support to our children. If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a high standard of care and support for our children.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes to ensure the well-being of our children.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, promoting personal development and growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a children's residential setting, preferably with EBD services.
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire the care team.
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices, care planning, and Ofsted regulations.
- A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce, with a willingness to work towards Level 5.
