About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our CAMHS Inpatient Services team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the ward leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Ward Matron and Service Manager in all aspects of ward-based delivery, including staff recruitment and ongoing wellbeing, clinical audits and quality assurance. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality nursing care is at the core of the ward's ethos and addressing issues as they arise.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Ward Matron and Service Manager in all aspects of ward-based delivery
* Undertake clinical audits and quality assurance activities
* Ensure high-quality nursing care is at the core of the ward's ethos
* Address issues as they arise that challenge the quality of care

Requirements:
* Good Standard of Education
* RN or RN Dip/HE (Mental Health/Learning Disability)
* Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Experience of working in CAMHS

Salary:
The salary for this role is £43,041 - £70,451 per annum, depending on experience.
