Clinical Governance Nurse Leader

We are seeking a Clinical Governance Nurse to lead the development and implementation of clinical governance and quality of care strategies for our residents in Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire. This role will oversee nursing homes in Brackley, Chipping Norton, Kettering and Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse with strong leadership skills to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a Clinical Governance Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring that our nursing homes meet the highest standards of care and quality.
The ideal candidate will have experience in practice nursing and strong knowledge of clinical governance principles. They will also be able to motivate and inspire our team members to deliver exceptional care.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
