Nurse Development Specialist Job Description:

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Development Nurse. This is a full-time position based in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support the improvement of clinical governance and quality of care for our residents
  2. Oversee nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire to ensure they meet the highest clinical standards
  3. Analyze results from the clinical governance database and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with senior clinical staff in each home to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a registered general nurse with current NMC registration, RN (General) qualifications, and evidence of continued professional development. You must have experience working in a care home environment, supporting newly qualified nurses, and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
