About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Adult Psychiatrist to join our team as a Women's Mental Health Leader. The successful candidate will provide medical leadership and specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of women in the perinatal period.

Your Key Tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve access to perinatal mental health services, reducing health inequalities and improving outcomes for women and their families.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, including GPs, Consultant Obstetricians, and Adult Mental Health clinicians, to provide specialist advice and support.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical research projects, exploring innovative solutions to improve perinatal mental health services.

The estimated salary for this role is £101,000 - £123,000 per annum, depending on experience.
