Mental Health Advocate at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of social care and mental health. The successful candidate will be responsible for working within referral and assessment protocols to address the mental health and social care needs highlighted by relevant agencies.
This role requires a broad range of social care experience, with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Social Work or an equivalent qualification, be registered with Social Work England, and possess at least two years' experience in a Social Work capacity.
