About the Role
Ramsay Health Care Clinical is looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Theatre Scrub Nurse/Occupational Duties Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of patients for surgery, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing support to other team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the theatre team in preparing patients for surgery
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within the operating department
  • Provide support to other members of the theatre team as required

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Experience of working in a theatre or surgical setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated at £39,350 per annum, based on a 30-hour workweek and taking into account the cost of living in Kettering.
