Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Carer/Shift Leader to join our team at the Recovering Independence Bed unit in Kingsthorpe, Northampton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized care plans for individuals upon admission, ensuring regular reviews as needs change.
Working closely with nurses and therapy teams from NHFT, you will support individuals in achieving their goals and maximizing independence and wellbeing prior to discharge.
About the Job- This is an exciting opportunity to work in an integrated multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality care and support to residents.
- You will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring the home provides exceptional care.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced senior carer or shift lead who can contribute to the overall management and development of service provision.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care and demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
