Adult Care Services Leader

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a highly skilled Adult Care Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of the Management Team, you will promote the rights and responsibilities of working-age adults with disabilities through service provision and development.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting administrative, analytical, and financial tasks designated by the manager. You will also review, update, and manage care plans and team performance to reflect customer and commissioner needs.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering new staff induction training, continuous development, and performance to ensure effective use of resources. You will contribute to overall management and development of service provision, planning for future services to meet diverse cultural community needs.
You will process annual resource requirements reviews, monitor budgets, and plan for future budget needs. Additionally, you will evaluate service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Maintaining employee safety and well-being, adhering to company policies and procedures, is also a critical aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Support administrative, analytical, and financial tasks as designated by the manager.
