Job Overview

We are looking for skilled professionals to fill the role of Adult Behavioral Care Professionals at Access Services in Northampton, PA. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional IBHS to children and families in our community.

Schedule and Autonomy

You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule based on client needs, working with 1-12 clients per hour. This allows for optimal time management and productivity.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Engage clients and families to assess medical need for IBHS.
  • Prepare comprehensive assessments to identify target behaviors and replacement behaviors.
  • Develop Intervention Plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Consult with families on behavior presentation, skill acquisition, and concerns.
  • Regularly monitor progress and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians as needed.
  • Create discharge plans to support long-term behavioral changes.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and participate in case reviews.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of post-Master's experience providing ABA services under supervision is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Salary Information

The hourly rate for this position is $50, reflecting the skills and experience required for success in this role.
