Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager

Whittard Trading Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
