About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Deputy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline for our sales team by managing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns and regional programs that help us meet and exceed our marketing and sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive pipeline and ROI within our target markets.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to execute on strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build, analyze, and iterate demand gen programs leveraging marketing channels, including direct marketing, SEM, Events, and Paid Social.
  • Ensure leads flow successfully through the funnel beyond the marketing-to-sales handoff, identifying areas to strengthen the sales cycle for more close-won deals.
  • Constantly innovate and push the envelope, iterating always-on programs to maximize growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, and/or business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience building and executing high-impact integrated marketing campaigns/programs for SaaS products.
  • Marketing Automation (CRM) experience a must (Marketo and Salesforce a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in GDPR principles and compliance: experience in implementing GDPR-compliant processes for lead generation, data collection, and email marketing.
  • Strong relationship/team building and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and understand how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
