At Reward Gateway, we're on a mission to make the world a better place to work. As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our ambitious new business targets and taking our demand generation machine to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to our growth objectives
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment of growth plans and improve performance across the entire Sales funnel
  • Utilise advanced analytics and data science techniques to identify key growth drivers, measure performance, and forecast results
  • Build the strategy for performance channels and work with the Digital Marketing Manager to track, analyse and improve results
  • Develop and articulate the UK ABM strategy, focused on driving net new pipeline creation and accelerating deals for later-stage prospects

Requirements:
