Channel Sales Development Manager

We're looking for a skilled Channel Sales Development Manager to lead growth across the UK and EMEA. Our pioneering AI software company is transforming the industrial sector with innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in direct and indirect sales, as well as experience in building and scaling partnerships within the Industrial Tech space.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue and onboard new channel partners to champion our products and services.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships within the ecosystem, collaborating on growth strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure partner success and alignment with objectives.
- Enable and empower partners with necessary tools and knowledge for selling our innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Sales Rockstar: A proven track record of smashing sales targets, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
- Channel Expertise: Familiarity with indirect sales processes and ability to navigate channel partner dynamics.
- Industry Savvy: Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Utilities, or Facility Management (a plus).
- Start-Up Spirit: Thrived in a scaling company, adapting quickly and seizing opportunities.
