Channel Network Development Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Channel Network Development Manager to join our team at Canva. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our reseller network, driving growth and performance through indirect sales, and delivering strategic value to our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reseller Channel Management
    • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of resellers, responsible for driving growth and performance within the reseller network.
    • Implement a comprehensive partner enablement strategy, ensuring resellers have the training, tools, and support needed to successfully sell and support our offerings.
  • Partner Enablement & Growth
    • Deliver training programs, certifications, and sales collateral to equip resellers with the knowledge and skills to effectively position and sell our solutions.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns, sales initiatives, and lead-generation programs tailored to reseller needs.
    • Track reseller performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement, and work closely with partners to drive increased revenue and market share.
  • Channel Sales Growth
    • Work with resellers to increase revenue through joint activities, leveraging channel insights to inform strategies for market expansion.
    • Develop sales forecasts and revenue targets for the channel, continuously monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
    • Manage channel incentives and rewards programs to motivate and engage resellers, driving higher performance and retention.
  • Partner Advocacy & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the reseller network and other strategic partnerships.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify new opportunities, and ensure mutual growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience across channel management, partnership development, or business development, with a focus on large resellers or channel sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing successful reseller programs or indirect sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and channel sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
