Channel Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of electronic retail dynamics and trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement in the offline channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies and optimize budget allocation.
- Native-level fluency in German and English is a must-have.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in consumer product marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to deep dive data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly creative and innovative, with ability to think outside the box and develop new ideas.
