DealHub Ltd is seeking an experienced Indirect Sales Development Lead to drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS solutions through Value Added Resellers (VARs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build strong relationships with VARs, enable them to effectively sell our software solutions, and achieve sales targets.

About the Role
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year salary, depending on experience

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through VARs or other channel partners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to support VAR sales efforts and improve the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in indirect sales, direct sales, channel management, or partner development in the SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Fluent in English, with French or German a plus
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through the VAR channel
  2. Work closely with VARs to develop joint sales plans, co-selling activities, and marketing initiatives
  3. Conduct regular business reviews with VARs to evaluate performance, set goals, and identify growth opportunities
