Channel Growth Manager

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled digital marketing strategist to lead our marketing efforts in the UK and Europe.
In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and increase product adoption.
A competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather customer insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective ROI.
- Leverage data analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Support product launches by creating engaging content and promotional materials.
- Share industry best practices to enhance internal processes and team skills.
- Measure campaign success, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Creative Services, Product Management, and Sales.
- Regularly communicate with corporate teams to align goals and share knowledge.
- Present updates to regional sales meetings and collaborate with sales leadership.
- Maintain regional websites and ensure alignment with corporate web strategy.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing is required, along with expertise in project management, data analysis, and team leadership.
