Grafana Labs, a leading innovator in data visualization and observability, is seeking an experienced Strategic Channel Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our partner sales strategy in the UK region.

Job Overview

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in channel sales to champion the growth and evolution of our EMEA partner program. Working closely with the Sales, Operations, and Leadership team, you will align sales and go-to-market efforts with our product, technical, and sales development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and Onboard High-Potential Partners: Proactively discover and develop relationships with high-potential partners, guiding them in building practices and businesses around Grafana.
  • Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners at executive levels to develop and execute joint business plans, driving specific revenue targets in conjunction with Grafana regional sales teams.
  • Sales Campaign Facilitation: Work closely with partners and Grafana sales teams to facilitate joint sales campaigns, fostering a cohesive approach to driving revenue growth.
  • Bran Awareness and Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to build awareness of the Grafana brand and recruit new partners, expanding our network and reach.
  • Partner Profiling: Create a means of profiling each partner's focus and core competencies, enabling a deeper understanding of their business model and how to effectively leverage Grafana in their territory or industry.
  • Quarterly Sales Targets: Collaborate with the leadership team to establish quarterly sales targets for the UK partner channel, driving accountability and alignment across teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • A consultative sales approach focused on delivering exceptionally high levels of customer, partner, and community satisfaction.
  • Experience in carving out channels strategies in EMEA, with a deep understanding of the region's dynamics and market trends.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive OTE compensation range of £197,000 - £215,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed during the interview process. Additionally, benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other perks outlined here.
