Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Channel Growth Specialist to drive the growth of our partner ecosystem in Northern Europe. As a Channel Growth Specialist, you will work closely with cluster stakeholders to ensure the success of our partner program.

About the Job: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the partners landscape in the cluster">
  • Identifying potential partners candidates through key events, market observation and collaboration with our preferred suppliers">
  • Creating and maintaining the editorial calendar for Social Media publications (organic/paid)">
  • Attending and speaking at key industry events, as well as organizing webinars or local events, to promote the Partner Program">
  • Qualifying candidates and passing them on to the dedicated sales teams">
  • Maintaining the Partner Program dashboard and ensuring activity aligns with acquisition objectives set for the cluster">

Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English">
  • 5+ year working experience">
  • Experience with/knowledge of the channel including VARs, SIs, MSPs, consultancy companies in IT industry">
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries">
  • Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously">
  • Strong influencing and communication skills">
  • Agility to work with a various number of tools and processes">
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite">
