Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Lead

A competitive salary of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience.

Job Description: Develop strong relationships with channel partner executives and sales teams. Own and execute the supplier channel strategy, focusing on partner acquisition and revenue growth. Lead and empower a team of partner sales managers, driving joint selling initiatives and business growth. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive team success. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in channel sales, with a focus on leadership and team management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and drive business decisions.
