This role focuses on growing Apple's Consumer business through strategic partnerships with Retail & Telco channel resellers, partners, and carriers. The Account Programs Lead ensures effective execution of Apple's overarching programmatic strategy in defined accounts. Close collaboration with internal and external partners is vital to scaling the sales channel and driving Apple ecosystem ownership.

As an Account Programs Lead, you will manage key senior stakeholder relationships within Program Partners organisations. Your responsibilities include partnering with Sales Account Executives and overseeing all programmatic elements. Effective collaboration with Technology Lead, People Programs Lead, and wider Training function is crucial. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager completes the responsibility scope.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to build strategic roadmaps addressing market challenges. Providing support to Account Executive for delivering programmatic pillars to Apple's exacting standards is also essential. Analytical skills are necessary for informing future programmatic investment decisions.

Average Annual Salary: $140,000 - $200,000
