Advanced Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours Services team at Primary Care 24 (PC24), a not-for-profit social enterprise established in 1990. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing advice, care, and management to patients presenting with undiagnosed or undifferentiated illness via telephone consultations or face-to-face assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake face-to-face and telephone triage consultations
- Interpret pathology/radiology results/reports
- Prescribe and review medication
- Plan, implement, and evaluate an effective management plan for the patient
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, leadership, and management, as well as excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £60,504 to £72,293 per annum, plus unsociable enhancements, along with a range of benefits including an NHS pension scheme, 27 days annual leave, and opportunities for continued professional development.
