Child Welfare Services Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending regular staff meetings and supervisions to foster effective communication and teamwork.
- Exercising accountability for decisions made regarding the welfare of young people and staff during your shifts, ensuring their safety and security.
- Collaborating with the Manager to address staffing matters and maintain a stable and supportive work environment.
- Ensuring all staff members remain up-to-date with procedural changes.
- Providing expert support in developing person-centred support plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Identifying and reporting concerns regarding the safety or well-being of vulnerable children.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
- Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.
- Covering shifts at other locations when required.
- Nurturing relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
