About Clarify Consultancy Ltd:

We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support services for children with EBD and learning disabilities in the Northwest. We are now seeking an experienced Residential Senior Therapeutic Child Care Practitioner to join our team as a Senior Child and Family Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare, ideally holding a Level 3 or 4 Children's Residential qualification, and excellent supervisory skills. They will be passionate about promoting positive relationships between children and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team in ensuring high-quality care for children with EBD and learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet each child's unique needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Registered and Deputy Managers on best practice in residential childcare.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our care services through quality monitoring and evaluation.
  • Build strong relationships with families, schools, and other agencies to promote positive outcomes for children.
  • Manage complex situations effectively, using clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and policy developments in residential childcare.
  • Attend regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
