Care Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Care Leadership Specialist to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. This is a diverse, fast-paced role that plays a crucial part in our operations' success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the escalation of accidents, incidents, and complaints effectively
- Recruit and retain care staff to support service users requiring complex care packages
- Establish and maintain robust operational procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Meet budget goals and manage office-related costs
- Oversee safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures
- Supervise the introduction of new complex packages safely
- Participate in meetings and forums to assess service provision
- Transition to the role of Registered Manager after a successful probation period
The salary for this position ranges from £42,000 to £46,000 per annum, plus a substantial quarterly bonus. Our benefits package includes:

To succeed as a Care Leadership Specialist, you will need strong management experience, ideally within healthcare, although we will consider applicants from other sectors. You must also possess a valid driving license and a vehicle, as travel to service users' homes and offices will be necessary.
