Job Description
As an Operations Manager at Apollo Home Healthcare, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinical homecare services. This will include:

  • Managing a team of Office Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists
  • Ensuring safe and effective service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Developing and maintaining operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing complex healthcare services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
