Your RoleWe are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our ranks. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting outreach efforts to grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Engage with potential clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring seamless coordination with our Sales Account Managers.
- Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads from targeted lists, passing them along to our Sales Account Managers for conversion.
- Inbound Lead Management: Follow up on incoming leads and assess their potential for generating new business.
- Sales Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive training sessions to enhance your knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and the live events industry.
- Conversion Rate: Achieve target conversion rates of qualified leads to our Sales Account Manager team.
- CRM Logging: Ensure all leads and conversions are accurately logged in our CRM system.
- Meeting Goals: Support the team by scheduling 6 new business meetings in our showroom.
- Confident Communicators: Effectively engage with people over the phone and present information clearly.
- Eager to Learn and Earn: Motivated by both professional growth and earning potential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for event venues, client meetings, and industry conferences.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly. You will also enjoy 25 days of annual leave, a wellness and medical cash plan, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that fosters growth and development.
